Tellent Recruitee Integration

This guide explains how to connect Tellent Recruitee to Expiration Reminder so your candidates and new hires sync automatically and you can track every license, certification, and document expiration tied to them.

What this integration does

The Tellent Recruitee integration imports your candidates and new hires into Expiration Reminder. You can then attach documents and expiration dates to each record and let Expiration Reminder send automated renewal reminders before credentials lapse.

Prerequisites
  • An active Expiration Reminder account with permission to manage integrations.
  • A Tellent Recruitee account with administrator access to authorize the connection.
  • Sufficient Tellent Recruitee permissions to read candidates, applications, and jobs.
How to connect Tellent Recruitee
  1. In Expiration Reminder, go to Settings → Integrations.
  2. Find Tellent Recruitee in the integration catalog and click Connect.
  3. You will be redirected to a secure authorization screen. Sign in to Tellent Recruitee and approve the requested read access.
  4. Once authorized, you are returned to Expiration Reminder and the initial sync begins.
  5. When the sync finishes, your Tellent Recruitee candidates and new hires appear in Expiration Reminder, ready for you to add documents and expiration dates.
What syncs
  • Candidates and new hires from Tellent Recruitee are imported into Expiration Reminder.
  • The sync refreshes regularly so new and updated records stay current.
  • Documents, expiration dates, and reminder schedules are managed inside Expiration Reminder and are not written back to Tellent Recruitee.
Troubleshooting
  • Records aren't appearing: Confirm the connecting Tellent Recruitee user can read candidates and applications, then trigger a manual sync from the integration settings.
  • Connection failed or expired: Reauthorize the integration from Settings → Integrations. This is usually caused by changed credentials or revoked access in Tellent Recruitee.
  • Missing records: Allow the first full sync to complete; large Tellent Recruitee accounts can take a few minutes.

Does this change my data in Tellent Recruitee? No. Expiration Reminder reads your candidates and new hires; it does not modify your Tellent Recruitee data.

How often does it sync? The integration syncs automatically on a regular schedule, and you can run a manual sync anytime.
