Pipedrive Integration

The Pipedrive integration connects your Expiration Reminder account to Pipedrive so you can sync contacts and organizations from your CRM. This lets you track the contracts, agreements, and documents tied to your customers and get reminded before any of them expire.

Before you begin

Make sure you have the following ready:

  • An active Expiration Reminder account with permission to manage integrations.
  • A Pipedrive account with permission to authorize third-party access.
  • An understanding of which contacts and organizations you want to sync into Expiration Reminder.
How to set up the Pipedrive integration
  1. Sign in to your Expiration Reminder account.
  2. Go to Settings > Integrations.
  3. Find Pipedrive in the list of available integrations and click Connect.
  4. In the authorization window, sign in with your Pipedrive credentials and approve the requested access.
  5. Choose which contacts and organizations to sync.
  6. Save your settings. The initial sync will begin, and the integration is now active.
What syncs

After setup, Expiration Reminder syncs your selected Pipedrive contacts and organizations. You can then associate the documents, contracts, and agreements you track with the right customer records, and Expiration Reminder will remind you ahead of each expiration date.

You control what is synced and how reminders are delivered, so your records stay aligned with your CRM without duplicate data entry.

Managing customer renewals

Once your contacts and organizations are synced, add the contracts and documents you want to track and set their expiration dates. Expiration Reminder will notify the right people in advance, so account owners can start renewal conversations before anything lapses.

Troubleshooting
  • Records aren't syncing. Confirm the integration shows as connected in Settings > Integrations and that you completed the Pipedrive authorization.
  • The connection failed during setup. Make sure you approved the requested Pipedrive permissions, then try connecting again.
  • Some contacts are missing. Review the sync settings you selected to confirm which contacts and organizations are included.
  • The connection stopped working. If your Pipedrive access changed, reconnect the integration to refresh authorization.
