Benefits of using Paycor & Expiration Reminder
  • Consolidate employees and their compliance information in one place.
  • Reduce manual data entry and the errors that come with it.
  • Keep employee credentials, licenses, and training up to date effortlessly.
How Does the Paycor and Expiration Reminder Integration Work?

Once connected, the Paycor and Expiration Reminder integration offers several powerful features:

  1. Employee Syncing — Employees in Paycor are automatically synced to Expiration Reminder as contacts. This includes key details such as:
    • Employee name
    • Email address
    • Mobile phone number
    • Job title
    • Department and manager
Any updates made in Paycor will reflect in Expiration Reminder automatically on the next sync.
  2. Automatic Archiving for Departed Employees — If an employee is marked as marked as terminated or no longer active in Paycor, they are automatically archived in Expiration Reminder. This ensures no notifications are sent to inactive employees, while their document history is preserved for audit purposes.
  3. Streamlined Notifications — Once synced, you can assign credentials, licenses, or training with expiration dates to employees in Expiration Reminder. Expiration Reminder then automatically notifies them when documents or certifications are approaching their expiration dates, ensuring timely renewals.
