Humaans Integration

The Humaans and Expiration Reminder integration syncs employees into Expiration Reminder, automates credential and document expiration notifications, and keeps your compliance records aligned with your Humaans data.

Benefits of Using Humaans and Expiration Reminder
  • Consolidate employee records and compliance information in one place.
  • Reduce manual data entry and the errors that come with it.
  • Keep employee credentials, licenses, and training up to date effortlessly.
How the Integration Works

The Humaans and Expiration Reminder integration offers the following features:

  1. Employee Syncing — Employees in Humaans are automatically synced to Expiration Reminder as contacts. This includes key details such as:
    • Employee name
    • Email address
    • Mobile phone number
    • Job title
    • Department and manager
Any updates made in Humaans are automatically reflected in Expiration Reminder on the next scheduled sync.
  2. Automatic Archiving for Departed Employees — If an employee is marked as terminated or deactivated in Humaans, they are automatically archived in Expiration Reminder. This ensures no notifications are sent to inactive employees, while their document history is kept for audits.
  3. Streamlined Notifications — Once synced, you can assign credentials, licenses, or training with expiration dates to employees in Expiration Reminder. Expiration Reminder then automatically notifies them when documents or certifications are nearing their due dates, ensuring timely renewals.

Before you begin: You will need admin access to both your Humaans account and your Expiration Reminder workspace to complete this setup.
