Altera Payroll Integration

The Altera Payroll and Expiration Reminder integration syncs employees into Expiration Reminder, automates credential and document expiration notifications, and keeps your compliance records aligned with your Altera Payroll data.

Benefits of using Altera Payroll & Expiration Reminder

  • Consolidate employees and their compliance information in one place.
  • Reduce manual data entry and the errors that come with it.
  • Keep employee credentials, licenses, and training up to date effortlessly.

How the Integration Works

Once connected, the Altera Payroll and Expiration Reminder integration offers several powerful features:

  1. Employee Syncing — Employees in Altera Payroll are automatically synced to Expiration Reminder as contacts. This includes key details such as:
    • Employee name
    • Email address
    • Mobile phone number
    • Job title
    • Department and manager
Any updates made in Altera Payroll will reflect in Expiration Reminder automatically on the next sync.
  2. Automatic Archiving for Departed Employees — If an employee is marked as terminated or deactivated in Altera Payroll, they are automatically archived in Expiration Reminder. This ensures no notifications are sent to inactive employees, while their document history is kept for audits.
  3. Streamlined Notifications — Once synced, you can assign credentials, licenses, or training with expiration dates to employees in Expiration Reminder. Expiration Reminder then automatically notifies them when documents or certifications are nearing their due dates, ensuring timely renewals.
