How the Integration Works

The 7shifts and Expiration Reminder integration automatically syncs your employee data from 7shifts into Expiration Reminder, keeping credentials, licenses, and compliance records current without manual effort.

Once connected, the 7shifts and Expiration Reminder integration offers several powerful features:

Employee Syncing

Employees in 7shifts are automatically synced to Expiration Reminder as contacts. This includes key details such as:

  • Employee name
  • Email address
  • Mobile phone number
  • Job title

Any updates made in 7shifts will reflect in Expiration Reminder automatically, ensuring your employee records are always accurate.

Automatic Archiving for Terminated Employees

If an employee is marked as terminated in 7shifts, they will be automatically archived in Expiration Reminder. This prevents any notifications from being sent to inactive employees.

Streamlined Notifications

Once synced, you can assign credentials, licenses, or training with expiration dates to employees in Expiration Reminder. The system will automatically notify employees when documents or certifications are approaching their expiration dates, ensuring renewals are completed on time.
