Using the Recycling Bin to Recover Deleted Items

Accidentally deleted something? No worries—we’ve got you covered with our new Recycling Bin feature!
The Recycling Bin allows you to recover deleted items for up to 30 days after they’ve been removed from your account.
What can be recovered?
You can restore any of the following items within 30 days of deletion:

Expiration Items
-
Contacts
-
Companies
-
Locations
-
Vehicles
-
Equipment
How to access the Recycling Bin

Navigate to your Account Settings menu (click your profile or organization name in the top-right corner).

Under the “Manage” heading on the left-hand side, click Recycle Bin.

You’ll see a list of eligible deleted items. From here, you can view details or click Restore to bring the item back into your account.
Things to note

Items are permanently deleted after 30 days and cannot be recovered by a User.

Only Admins and users with appropriate permissions can access and restore items from the Recycling Bin.

Restored items return to their original state, including associated data and history.
