View Upcoming Notifications and Audit Log (past activity) for Contacts and Expirations
At times you will find it helpful to view the entire history of a Contact. Whether you need to double-check reminder frequencies, renewals or get confirmation that items were edited appropriately, this can be achieved by accessing the Contact and checking the Upcoming Notifications or Audit Log.
Every Contact in your account will have the Upcoming Notifications tab available. These are actions that have not yet occurred but are scheduled to happen.
Individual Item Audit Log
The Audit Log of the Contact or Expiration Item shows a history of all the events that have happened for the Contact or Expiration. These actions are in the past.
