      Using Single Sign-on with your Expiration Reminder account

      Important Information About SSO

      • Admin Access Only:
        Only Admin users have the ability to set up or edit SSO settings.

      • Trial Limitations:
        SSO is not available for 14-day trial accounts.

      • Plan Requirements:
        Only accounts on Business and Enterprise plans include SSO as part of their subscription.

      Getting Started with SSO

      1. Open the User Menu

        • Click on your user drop-down menu located in the top-right corner of your dashboard.

      2. Access Settings

        • From the drop-down menu, select "Settings."

      3. Navigate to Single Sign-On

        • On the left-hand side menu, click on "Single Sign-On."

      4. Configure SSO Settings

        • On the Single Sign-On page, you will find all the settings necessary to begin setting up SSO.

      5. Apply Your Settings

        • Once you have entered your desired settings, click "Update" to apply the changes.
