Once connected, the Paylocity and Expiration Reminder integration offers several powerful features:
Employee Syncing
Employees in Paylocity are automatically synced to Expiration Reminder as contacts. This includes key details such as:
- Employee name
- Email address
- Mobile phone number
- Job title
Any updates made in Paylocity will reflect in Expiration Reminder automatically, ensuring your employee records are always accurate.
Automatic Archiving for Terminated Employees
If an employee is marked as terminated in Paylocity, they will be automatically archived in Expiration Reminder. This prevents any notifications from being sent to inactive employees.
Streamlined Notifications
Once synced, you can assign credentials, licenses, or training with expiration dates to employees in Expiration Reminder. The system will automatically notify employees when documents or certifications are nearing their due dates, ensuring timely updates and action.
Connecting Paylocity to Expiration Reminder
Access the Integration Settings
- Log in to your Expiration Reminder account.
- Navigate to the Settings menu (where your name is listed in the top-right corner).
- Click on Integrations to view the list of available integrations.
- Select Paylocity from the list.
Enter Your Credentials
- Confirm that you are an admin when prompted.
- Enter the domain associated with your Paylocity account.
- A new window will open where you’ll log in to Paylocity.
Authorize Access
- After logging in, Paylocity will ask you to authorize access for Expiration Reminder.
- Review the information that will be shared between the two applications.
- Click Allow Access to proceed.
Finalize the Connection
- Once authorized, the system will configure the connection.
- Click Finish to complete the setup.
