Setting up From E-Mails

Learn more about the From Emails feature, which allows you to customize the sender email address for your automated reminders.

Using a custom From Email ensures your communication aligns with your preferred branding and sender details. Follow these steps to create and assign a From Email:

Step 1: Access Account Settings

  • Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner of your account.
  • From the dropdown menu, select Settings.

Step 2: Navigate to From Emails

  • Under the Templates heading in the Settings menu, click on From Emails.

Step 3: Create a New From Email

  • In the top-right corner of the From Emails page, click the green New From Email button.
  • Fill in the required details, including the new email address.

Step 4: Save the From Email

  • Once the details are entered, click Save to add the From Email to your account.

Step 5: Access Your Email Templates

  • Navigate to the Email Templates section in your account.


Step 6: Select or Create a Template

  • Choose an existing email template to edit or create a new one.

Step 7: Assign the From Email

  • In the template editor, find the From Email field.
  • Select the newly created From Email from the dropdown menu.

Step 8: Save Changes

  • Click Save to apply the new From Email to the template.

Your new From Email is now active and linked to your email template, ensuring it’s used for future communications
