To cancel your account, follow these steps from your account billing settings. Click on Your Account in the top menu, then click on Billing.
From the left menu, click on Subscription.
On the Subscription page, click on Cancel your Account.
From the cancellation screen, fill out the reason for canceling your account, then click Cancel my plan. Your plan will be canceled at the end of your current billing period.
